CHRIST RETURNS!
As prophesied in Daniel 12:11-12, Jesus Christ has returned to Jerusalem in the 1335th inclusive year since the construction of Islam’s Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount in 691/692AD.
Bible chronology shows that the year 2025/2026 is the 5994th year since Creation. The date of Christ’s return, as determined by observation of the moon in Jerusalem, is the 30th day of Adar II, the 13th month of the Biblical year.
Zechariah 14:7 tells us that this day was determined by God well in advance. Here are some possible reasons why He chose this particular day:
The importance of the year 5994 is seen in it being the product of 9 x 666. The number 9 represents justice, while the number 666 represents lawlessness. Christ’s return will see God’s justice triumph over lawlessness.
In regard to the month, we can now see that while Christ’s death and resurrection occurred in the first month of the year, He has returned to Earth in the last month of the year. The month is synonymous with the moon, a type of Christ’s bride. In the first month He died for her, and in the last month He has come to marry her. This fits well with Christ being "the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end" (Rev 22:13).
According to the erroneous Hebrew Calendar, we are already in the new year. However, in all of North and Central America, Australasia and most of Asia, the first crescent of the moon this month appeared before the equinox, and therefore required a 13th month to be added to the current year in those parts of the world. Logic dictates that when any part of the world needs to add a 13th month, the rest of the world must do the same, in order to keep the calendar in harmony across the globe. This only seems to apply to the rare occasions when the vernal equinox in Jerusalem falls on the last day of the 12th month or the first day of the following month, the former of which was the case this year.
In regard to the day, we see that Christ has returned on the last day of the year on God’s calendar, bringing about the resurrection of the firstfruits of salvation, and concluding their journey into God’s Kingdom. This day may well be foretold in Daniel 12:13, where "end of the days" could be interpreted to mean the end of the 1335th year. This would fit with Christ predicting of those who remain faithful to Him, "I will raise him up at the last day" (John 6:39,40,44,54).
The new crescent of the moon was seen in northern Israel today, but due to poor visibility in large parts of the country, caused by a dust storm that swept in from the south on Friday, there were no new moon sightings reported from Jerusalem. This means that today is the 30th and final day of the month, since Jerusalem is the centre of the world in God’s eyes (Eze 5:5, 38:12) and the place from which observations for the purpose of calendar keeping ideally should be made.
